Privacy
The data we collect
If you subscribe to news or ask about card sets, we record your email address, selected language, request date and time, and IP address. For enquiries about sets, we also record the names of the selected sets.
These forms are intended for adults. We do not ask for children's names, ages or other personal information.
How we use the data
We use the information you submit to record your request and interest in Tagarela news or sets. The IP address helps limit repeated requests and protect the service against abuse.
Submitting a form does not create a purchase or payment. The website does not process payments.
Preferences on your device
The website saves your language and selected sets in your browser's local storage to keep those preferences between visits. You can remove them in your browser settings.
We currently do not use advertising cookies, visitor analytics tools or tracking pixels.
Your rights and contact
For questions about your data or to request access, correction or deletion, contact hello@tagarela.com. You can also tell us that you no longer wish to receive news.
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may lodge a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
